- Master of Law or above from a prestigious Chinese or oversea law school, with IP major/consentration preferred.
- Fully qualified in practising law in China.
- Highly proficient in English, preferred to be at an equivalent level to TEM8, or with oversea study from a prestigious English-speaking law school, or work experience with an international law firm or multinational corporation.
- Two to five years relevant work experience with a top IP firm/team of Chinese law firms.
- Strong legal sense, and outstanding ability for continuing study from work and life, and is well integrated.
