Beijing IParagon Law Firm wins maximum statutory damages for client
under China’s new Trademark Law at the Beijing Independent IP Court
IParagon won a landmark victory trademark case for our client Moncler S.P.A. in China, which has been widely and favorably reported in international press including L’Agence France-Press and Chinese media including CCTV.
