Patent &Technology Lawyers

• Master of Law or above from a prestigious Chinese or oversea university;
• Bachelor degree in science or engineering, majors in electronic engineering, computer science and biotechnology are preferred ;
• Passed PRC National Bar Exam, or is qualified in an oversea jurisdiction;
• Highly proficient in English, preferred to be at an equivalent level to TEM8, or with oversea study from a prestigious English-speaking law school, or work experience with an international law firm or multinational corporation.
• Three to five years relevant work experience with top PRC law firm, international law firm or a multinational company. Experience in patent litigation is preferred.
• Outstanding ability for continuing study from work and life, and is well integrated.
• Enthusiastic about technology law and patent litigation. A big vision about your legal career development, and are ambitious to become a leading lawyer in the technology law and patent litigation fields.
